Several different processes for the appearance of aluminum veneer

At present, there are several different processes for the surface treatment of aluminum veneer, including electrostatic powder spraying process, polyester paint spraying process, fluorocarbon spraying process, etc. These different processes bring different luster to the appearance of aluminum veneer.

1. Spraying process of electrostatic powder

Electrostatic powder spraying process is the most commonly used process for aluminum veneer manufacturers. The primary components of the sprayed powder are polyurethane and epoxy resin particles. The advantage of this process is that it is very simple to operate. Aluminum veneer products sprayed through this process generally have good wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant functions, but they cannot resist ultraviolet rays. If they are illuminated by ultraviolet rays for a long time, the products will discolor, therefore, the aluminum veneer products processed by this process are mostly used in indoor scenes.

2. Spraying process of polyester paint

The spraying process of polyester paint is also a relatively common process. Polyester paint is a multi-group paint, and its primary component is polyester resin. This paint is a thick paint with a solid paint film, and the surface layer is relatively strong. Because this paint layer can play a certain maintenance effect on aluminum veneer, it has strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance function, and the color is very bright, but the durability of this paint surface is not very good, when hit, it will simply crack. Once damaged, it is not easy to correct. It is mostly used in indoor scenes.

3. Fluorocarbon spraying treatment

Aluminum veneer sprayed with fluorocarbon is mostly used in field scenes. The primary components of the coating used include polyperfluoropropylene and polytetrafluoroethylene. The coating itself has good heat resistance, weather resistance and other functions. It can resist high temperature of 260 degrees, not simply stained with stains, will not change color and fade in harsh environment, and can resist ultraviolet light, the aluminum veneer treated with this coating inherits these characteristics and is therefore very suitable for use outside the home.
