The aluminum alloy air conditioning hood will be pre-treated before spraying. Typically, the spray pretreatment or pre-treatment, mainly including surface finishing (including grinding and polishing) and degreasing, rust removal and etching process. Among them, degreasing, also known as degreasing, is to remove the grease on the surface of the outer hood of the aluminum alloy air conditioner by various means. Among them, the oil removal in the ultrasonic field can increase the speed of oil removal. Organic solvent degreasing is mainly the use of organic solvents to dissolve the oil on the surface of aluminum and remove the method, although the processing speed is fast, no corrosion to the metal, but the solvent is mostly flammable, toxic, and even harmful to the environment. Chemical deoiling is mainly the use of alkali liquor on the saponifiable oil and surface active oil emulsification solubilization in water, to remove the aluminum alloy air conditioning cover surface oil. Finally, a brief talk about electrochemical degreasing, as the name implies, is to use direct current electric shock in alkaline electrolyte aluminum parts, so that the oil film can be removed, often divided into cathode degreasing and anode degreasing.

In the process of making aluminum alloy air conditioning covers, the most commonly used method is the second method of chemical degreasing, which is relatively low in cost and relatively environmentally friendly.
