If the traditional tape measure is used, there will be measurement errors, which will have a very negative impact on the aluminum veneer that requires dense stitching.

 

(3) During the processing of wood grain aluminum veneer, all aluminum veneer should not be processed at one time. The latter aluminum plate and corner plate in each installation area should not be processed temporarily. In addition to paying attention to the uniform and consistent thickness of adhesive during construction, temporary fixing measures shall not be removed too early, usually not less than 12h.

 

(6) Wood grain aluminum veneer shall be wood grain board installed by adhesive type. It is advisable to use glass magnesium board or large core board with waterproof performance as the base board. Paper-faced sheeten board shall not be used. The main reasons are: First, the paper-faced gypsum board has low strength and is not firmly bonded to aluminum veneer; Second, the paper-faced gypsum board is not waterproof, and various water supply and drainage pipelines are usually hidden in the ceiling. Once the whole wood grain board leaks, it will fall off.
